I have had this message kicking around for a bit now and figured a lazy Saturday afternoon is the perfect time to take care of it.

1.  I am very proud of the fact that not only am I able to drive a stick shift, but that every car I have ever owned has been a stick.  They are simply more fun to drive than an automatic.

2.  My favorite cocktail is a Manhattan made with Maker’s Mark.

3.  I would rather read than do just about anything else.

4.  Six months ago I had Gastric Bypass surgery.  It has been an interesting and positive journey.  I have arm muscles!!!

5.  Except for five years in my 20’s I have lived my whole life in and around the city of Boston, and I don’t want to live away from here ever again.

6.  I miss being a Phlebotomist.  I was good at it and it was nice to be on my feet all day.  Now I sit at a desk 10 hours a day, 4 days a week.  It’s no fun.

7.  I am a demon Trivial Pursuit player, word nerd (though you would never know it from my pitiful writing), and champion napper.

8.  I love to cook and bake, but would never do it as a profession.

9.  I have never written this much for a tumblr post.

10.  If I won a million dollars I would give most of it to my parents and I would use the rest to buy a house.

Well, that’s a brief glimpse into me.  Not terribly interesting I must admit, but, I’m more fun the more you get to know me.
